The pallet machine has 8 bends on one side and a total of sixteen bends on both sides. In addition, the end has four bends, with a total of eight bends at both ends. Our equipment has completed a total of 40 bends online, and all of them are fully automatic.

The equipment consists of several parts, including uncoiling, material shortage sensing frame, leveling machine, pre-punching, and forming.
Uncoiler: With a load capacity of 8 tons, it is equipped with hydraulic tensioning and electric uncoiling.
Leveling machine: It adopts a portable relaxation method, with 7 correction rods on the top and 6 on the bottom, and uses a variable frequency speed regulation method.

Forming part: 36 sets of rollers are adopted. The main shaft material is 45# steel, and the forming width is fixed. The driving wheel adopts gear transmission, and the hard-toothed surface gear reduction box is used.
Post-punching + flanging: 4 workstations, 4 sets of die bases. Servo control enables the flipping and flanging of the head and tail of the machine, which is convenient to operate and has high precision.

The entire production line adopts centralized automatic control. The forming machine is linked with flanging and bending, which is convenient to operate and makes the production smoother.
