Adjustment tips: Sizes adjustment We setup the product size on PLC control station, then the machine can form the size automatically. only 1 minute to form another size. C Z shape adjustment The control panel in charge of the C Z shape interchange, only 1 minute can be done automatically. Cutter adjustment We will provide the unlimited cutter because of various sizes. The cutter is adjustable according to the forming sizes by hand. Cutter adjustment will take around 3-5 minutes. |

Machine frame: welded by iron plate, with flat planer finish machining. The levelness is measured by electronic level meter. 6. Machine surface adopts powder coating, coating before assembly. 7.
